From 1 July till 19 August, every Monday evening at 9 p.m., Holdudvar
on Margaret Island is home to many exclusive French film screenings.
The International Film Festival at Cannes shows the world every year the
mighty prowess of French film makers. The Institut français de Budapest
now brings the humour, vigour, unconventionality and free artistic
expression to Margaret Island of all the films you wanted to watch but
couldn’t find, or never even knew existed but missed all the more for
it. All the films have English subtitle.
Tickets are only 900 ,-Ft/each film.
Do not forget to bring something against of the mosquitos and also some blankets,
some nights are can be cold!
